About the Job

We're seeking a skilled ITSM professional to develop innovative solutions for global enterprises. Our collaborative environment fosters creativity and problem-solving, driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will lead the development of IT Service Management tools using Fresh Service or similar platforms, collaborating with engineers to design functional design documents and applications that integrate with other platforms in an agile scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ITSM Tool Development: Design, build, and customize ITSM applications, facilitating the rollout of new applications and modules, configuring application UI and workflow.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Work with engineers to design functional design documents, ensuring seamless integration with other platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Rest APIs, ITSM (INC, Problem, Change & Service Management), CMDB, SOAP Integration, and experience with multiple ITSM platforms, including Cherwell ITSM, Datadog, Flexara One, ScienceLogic, ServiceNow FSM, ServiceNow ITAM-HAM, ServiceNow ITOM-ServiceMapping, and SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor.
  • Proficiency in Splunk and Vmware-vrealize-automation - Administration.
