Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in TallyPrime
  • Prepare comprehensive management reports for clients, highlighting key financial metrics
  • Ensure timely completion of accounts and preparation of financial statements
  • Compute income tax liability and prepare tax returns
  • Calculate TDS liability and prepare and file TDS returns
  • Register for GST, compute liability, and file GST returns
  • Conduct research to support mergers and acquisitions, and fund-raising projects
  • Assist in developing financial models and investment materials
  • Manage secretarial records and facilitate ROC filings
  • Provide advisory services on FEMA, corporate law, income tax, international tax, and GST

Required Qualifications: CA Intermediate or completed articleship for 3-6 months. Desired Skills: strong accountancy knowledge, proficiency in tax and corporate laws, excellent communication and presentation skills, and working knowledge of MS Office.
