Job Title: Service Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Service Management Engineer.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will provide level 2 and 3 support for Service Management (MIM) in a mission-critical banking environment. This includes ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements, operating under ITIL processes, troubleshooting incidents, managing approved changes, and participating in disaster recovery/business continuity drills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 and 3 support for Service Management (MIM)
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Operate under ITIL frameworks
  • Troubleshoot incidents and manage approved changes
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
  • Tune configurations and schedule jobs to optimize performance and reliability
  • Coordinate vendor technical assistance cases and validate post-change health
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Service Management (L2), 8+ years (L3)
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow/BMC
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
