We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Service Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Escalation Management: Manage escalations and resolve client concerns with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 year of experience in luxury hospitality or client servicing.
- Skills: Strong connections in the luxury space, excellent verbal and written communication, tech-savvy, and ability to lead high-performing teams.
