Key Responsibilities

  • We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation across luxury properties.
  • As part of our team, you will conduct regular property audits, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted solutions.
  • You will collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to address maintenance issues and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • A key aspect of this role is monitoring Facility management budgets, optimising manpower, inventory control, and chemical usage without compromising quality.
  • In addition, you will support the recruitment, on-boarding, and training of facility staff at unit level, driving skill development and service excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing housekeeping operations in luxury hotels or premium lifestyle clubs.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in upkeep and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills to influence and guide unit-level teams.
