Strategic Business Alliance Specialist

Job Summary:

A key role where you will work closely with leadership to develop market strategies, engage with enterprise clients, and build long-term relationships with partners across industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Engagement:
    • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle — lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
    • Respond to RFPs/RFQs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals.
  • Partner Development:
    • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business growth.
    • Collaborate with partners for co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development.
    • Track partner performance and ensure delivery against KPIs.
  • Business Strategy:
    • Work with leadership to design business plans and pricing models.
    • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
    • Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with teams to deliver value to clients.
    • Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience working with RFPs, GTM strategies, and B2B partnerships
  • Exposure to HR Tech, SaaS platforms, or recruitment solutions is a strong plus
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
