Key Role in Quality Assurance:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the quality assurance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across all aspects of our operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to prepare comprehensive documentation for rankings and accreditation purposes. This will involve working closely with senior team members to develop strategic plans, analyzing institutional data, and creating robust documentation records.

  • Strategic Planning: Prepare documentations for rankings and accreditation.
  • Quality Culture: Provide support to senior team members, studying other institutions through open sources.
  • Audits & Compliance: Create robust documentation records and follow up audits and ATR.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Ensure timely reporting through SOPs and create flow of documentation using advanced tools.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience in education or technical education background.
  • In-depth understanding of accreditation frameworks (NAAC, NBA, NIRF, QS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in analyzing feedback and institutional data using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Ability to create interactive dashboards for evidence-based decision-making and stakeholder reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and technical skills, including proficiency in preparing spreadsheets and maintaining records of ongoing and past activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a key member of an institutional committee that has successfully gone through at least one cycle of NAAC accreditation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of national accreditations systems and basic understanding about rankings, including NAAC, NBA, NIRF, and QS.
  • Skills in aligning institutional documentation with the requirements of internal quality assurance cells (IQAC) and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance and excellence in quality benchmarks.
