Job Title

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our organization as a Quality Assurance Manager. This role requires a strong educational background, preferably in technical education (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech). The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of accreditation frameworks and regulatory bodies.

Industry Experience Required

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in the field of quality assurance, preferably at the university level. They will be part of the Assessment and Accreditation Team responsible for ensuring institutional excellence.

Key Performance Areas

  • Strategic Quality Planning: Prepare necessary documentations for rankings and accreditation processes.
  • Quality Culture: Collaborate with senior team members and conduct research on other institutions through open sources.
  • Audits & Compliance: Create robust documentation records and facilitate audits and ATR.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Ensure timely reporting through standard operating procedures and create a flow of documentation using advanced tools.

Essential Competencies

  • Understanding of accreditation frameworks (NAAC, NBA, NIRF, QS) and ability to prepare necessary documentation.
  • Proficiency in analyzing feedback and institutional data using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Ability to create interactive dashboards for evidence-based decision-making and stakeholder reporting.
  • Skills in preparing quality reports (AQAR, SSR) and utilizing data to drive institutional reforms and ongoing improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and technical skills.

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of national accreditations systems and basic understanding about rankings. They will be skilled in aligning institutional documentation with the requirements of Internal Quality Assurance Cells (IQAC) and regulatory bodies, driving excellence in higher education.
