Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of academic programs and services, providing strategic support to senior team members, and contributing to accreditation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to improve academic programs and services
  • Provide expert advice on accreditation frameworks, documentation, and compliance with regulatory bodies
  • Analyze feedback and institutional data using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Design and implement interactive dashboards for evidence-based decision-making and stakeholder reporting
  • Compile comprehensive quality reports, including AQAR, SSR, and SAR, in accordance with NAAC/NBA guidelines

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in any discipline, preferably from a technical education background
  • At least 8 years of experience in education, preferably at the university level, as a key member of an assessment and accreditation team
  • In-depth understanding of accreditation frameworks, such as NAAC, NBA, NIRF, QS, etc.
  • Proficiency in analyzing feedback and institutional data using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Ability to create interactive dashboards for evidence-based decision-making and stakeholder reporting
