Internal Quality Assurance Lead

The institution seeks a highly experienced Internal Quality Assurance Manager to lead its Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain robust documentation records.
  • Analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for implementation.

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in any discipline, preferably from a technical education background.
  • 8+ years of experience in internal quality assurance, preferably at the institutional level.
  • Strong understanding of accreditation frameworks (NAAC, NBA, NIRF, QS) and ability to prepare necessary documentation.
  • Proficiency in analyzing feedback and institutional data using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Ability to create interactive dashboards for evidence-based decision-making and stakeholder reporting.
  • Skills in preparing quality reports (AQAR, SSR) and using data to drive institutional reforms and ongoing improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and technical skills, including proficiency in preparing spreadsheets and maintaining records of ongoing and past activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a key member of an institutional committee that has successfully gone through at least one cycle of NAAC accreditation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of national accreditations systems and basic understanding about Rankings, including NAAC, NBA, NIRF, and QS.
