AI Assurance Lead Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned AI assurance professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality artificial intelligence testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI Expertise: In-depth understanding of concepts including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning. Proficiency in various frameworks, libraries, and tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Testing Methodologies: Design and implement testing methodologies tailored to AI models and algorithms. Experience in testing supervised and unsupervised learning models.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Assess and ensure high-quality training data for AI models. Familiarity with data preprocessing and cleaning techniques.
  • Automation and Tooling: Develop automation scripts using open-source tools for AI applications. Familiarity with specialized AI testing tools and frameworks.
  • Performance and Scalability Testing: Evaluate and optimize the performance and scalability of AI models. Ability to simulate scenarios and evaluate AI model behavior under different conditions.
  • Ethical AI Practices: Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI and ability to implement responsible testing practices.
  • Collaboration: Effective collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Awareness of regulations and standards related to AI, ensuring compliant testing practices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges in AI testing.
