Business Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Lead – AI & Data Science to spearhead strategic transformations across global operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and leverage AI, data science, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver business outcomes.

  • Transformation Leadership:
    • Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs to align with business objectives, driving measurable outcomes in productivity, billable utilization, service level agreement adherence, and key customer experience metrics.
  • Achieve significant returns on investment through the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, redesigning workflows, eliminating waste, and minimizing variation in critical business processes.
  • Develop and track key transformation KPIs, including average handle time, turn-around-time, idle time, utilization, attrition, and forecast accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in BPO / KPO / Shared Services, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives, with a deep understanding of the entire model lifecycle, from development to deployment and AI governance.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, with exposure to AI platforms.
  • Strong command of automation technologies, particularly RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
  • In-depth knowledge of BPO metrics and operational challenges, especially in areas like Customer Experience, Finance & Accounting, Risk Management, and Content Operations.
