Business Development Manager

The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Building a sales funnel through lead generation activities, including cold calling, emailing, and other initiatives.
- Handling incoming queries and fostering strong client relationships.
- Ensuring all leads are properly qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers and understanding their requirements.
- Transferring qualified leads to the sales team to facilitate closing the sale.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly/monthly targets set by the business.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 1 year of experience in an Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative role, preferably in the IT Services industry.
- A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of good communication, client handling, strategic planning, and relationship building.
- A strong networker and relationship builder.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
- A strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
