Financial Operations Manager

Seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee and manage financial operations, ensuring the company's financial health and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor expenses and provide insights to optimize costs and improve profitability.
- Invoice Management:
- Generate and review client invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
- Follow up on payments and maintain records of receivables and payables.
- Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Compliance and Audit:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in financial operations and propose improvements.
- Implement and monitor best practices in financial management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA or MBA in Finance is a plus).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Soft Skills:
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
