Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage daily accounting tasks, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with the core accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including record-keeping, invoicing, and journal entries.
- Support day-to-day accounting activities for multiple entities, including cash flow projections, fee calculations, and capital call schedules.
- Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual closing workbooks, financial statements, and capital statements.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the accounting team based in the U.S.
- Provide guidance and training to local staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or Chartered Accountant preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting, ideally within real estate private equity.
- Prior work experience collaborating with U.S. accounting team beneficial.
Preferred Attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills.
