Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the company's financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support administrative tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Account Reconciliation:
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Tax and Compliance:
  • Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws.
  • Invoices and Payments:
  • Manage invoicing, payment schedules, and ensure timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
  • External Auditing:
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Office Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Document Management:
  • Maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
  • Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external vendors.
  • Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Manage conference meetings etc.
  • Employee Support:
  • Assist with employee queries, maintain records of leave and attendance.
  • General Office Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the senior management team.
