Financial Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with banks and other financial institutions to manage foreign Letters of Credit (LCs) and stay updated on relevant regulations.
- Cordinate with internal auditors and external auditors to facilitate audit processes and address any findings.
- Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 5-8 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in the infrastructure sector
- Demonstrated knowledge of GST compliance and experience in handling related matters
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
Key Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
- Effective communication skills for liaison with banks and internal teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
