Job Title: Strategy Manager

We're building a high-performing strategy team to drive sharper thinking, clearer execution, and better business outcomes. This isn't a tactical role – we're looking for someone who can work across teams, understand client goals, and turn strategy into measurable results.

We deliver impactful results across SEO, paid media, ABM, outbound, and marketing automation. As a key member of our strategy team, you'll ensure successful client outcomes by:

  • Developing clear, actionable strategies for digital channels that align with client business objectives
  • Translating strategy into executable plans with defined KPIs, timelines, and resourcing across teams
  • Monitoring live campaigns and performance data to spot risks, surface wins, and trigger course corrections
  • Collaborating closely with sales & delivery teams
  • Driving revenue growth: Supporting business reviews, pitch decks, with strategic insights
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Staying ahead of digital marketing trends, integrating new tactics, tools, and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.

You'll bring a strong understanding of SEO, digital performance metrics, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms. With at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, or client success roles, you'll have a track record of execution and driving real business results.
