Responsibilities:

  • Operate as legal representative and Director for all Indian entities
  • Oversee budgeting, team management, financial planning and reporting

  • Represent the organisation with confidence

Requirements:

  • Proven operational leadership in India - ideally in a professional membership body
  • Exceptional understanding of governance, compliance and HR practices
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L
  • Ability to drive strategy with warmth and rigour
