Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior-Level Leader to join our team as a Director of Finance and Accounting. The ideal candidate will have exceptional integrity, ethics, professionalism, and astute business acumen.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting and general operations of staffing and/or consulting companies in India.
  • Oversee high-level subsidiary accounting, inter-company transactions, and FEMA/RBI compliance.
  • Experience in handling large employee payroll and strong knowledge of taxation and corporate finance.
  • Excellent communication skills and a business-savvy personality who can understand client compliance needs and effectively translate them to internal operational and financial processes.
  • Strong experience in building process documents and ensuring process compliance across teams.
  • Liaise with clients' operational and financial departments and communicate effectively with vendors, employees, and consultants.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
  • 15+ years of strong experience in Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Payroll, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Benefits, and Multi-Currency Accounting.
  • Experience with staffing or IT services companies is required.
  • Chartered Accountant certification is highly desirable.
