Job Title: Cluster Operations Director

Job Description:

The Cluster Manager – Training & Operations role is responsible for ensuring seamless operation of multiple centers within a designated cluster. This position requires strategic direction and operational leadership to multiple centers, focusing on enrollment and placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the coordination and execution of programs across the cluster.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners and other external stakeholders to enhance the impact and reach of the cluster.
  • Train and mentor center managers and support staff within the cluster.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Experience in skill development CSR projects.
  • Good experience in operations and team management skills.
  • 7+ years of experience in the skilling sector with a focus on mobilization and placements.
Operational Leadership Key Characteristics:
  • Ability to provide strategic direction and operational leadership to multiple centers.
  • Implement programs, oversee center-level activities within the cluster, manage resources, and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment to achieve organizational objectives.
Program Management & Coordination Key Characteristics:
  • Ability to oversee the coordination and execution of programs across the cluster.
  • Collaborate with center managers to ensure program alignment with beneficiary needs and organizational goals.
Stakeholder Engagement Key Characteristics:
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community partners and other external stakeholders.
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders for operational requirements.
People Management Key Characteristics:
  • Ability to train and mentor center managers and support staff within the cluster.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, provide leadership and support to promote professional development and teamwork.
Resource Management Key Characteristics:
  • Ability to manage budgetary resources effectively to maximize impact across all centers.
  • Monitor and optimize resource allocation, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
Documentation, Compliance and Quality Assurance Key Characteristics:
  • Ability to prepare regular reports on program outcomes, financial performance, and other key metrics.
  • Maintain and review comprehensive documentation of program activities and impact for the purpose of internal reviews and internal and external audits.
