Senior Legal Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Strategist to lead our legal strategy and execution across business initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of law, technology, and business, enabling growth while managing risk in highly dynamic and regulated industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partnership with Sales Leaders: Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts.
  • GTM Execution: Drive agile and compliant execution, including product launches and marketing communications.
  • AI Governance: Advise on AI governance, data usage, licensing, and responsible AI frameworks.
  • Internal Policies: Shape internal policies around responsible and ethical AI.
  • Intellectual Property: Protect and commercialize IP, algorithms, and proprietary datasets.
  • Regulatory Risks: Manage regulatory risks, disputes, and external counsel strategy.

Requirements:

  • Legal Qualification: LL.B. (LL.M. preferred) with 12–16 years PQE.
  • Technology Expertise: Strong experience in technology/AI, data privacy, and commercial contracting.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Expertise in DPDP, GDPR, AI regulation, consumer law, and commercial negotiations.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to balance legal risk with business agility.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
