Job Overview:

The Assistant Vice President will be responsible for ensuring the effective incorporation of risk standards into process designs, analyzing control measures to form opinions on the control environment, and maintaining awareness of operational risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate risk standards into process designs.
  • Monitor and analyze control measures to evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Maintain awareness of operational risk and its mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in managing operational risk.
  • Detailed understanding of Asset Management operations and regulatory environments.
  • Understanding of risk frameworks and policies.
  • Strong background knowledge of financial markets and asset management business.

Education:

  • Post Graduate level in Business (MBA or equivalent), Accounting (Chartered Accountancy or equivalent), Risks (FRM or Equivalent), or Economics, Statistics, Law etc.
