Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist.

This role is focused on LinkedIn outreach, ideal for those experienced in using the platform to identify prospects, initiate conversations, and generate qualified leads.

The successful candidate will have strong written communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and consistently achieve outreach targets.

  • Research and identify potential leads within the education sector using LinkedIn.
  • Connect with and engage prospects through personalized messaging.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of interested contacts and decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads and schedule introductions for the client's admissions or business development team.
  • Track outreach activity and provide regular progress reports.
  • Collaborate with the client's team to refine outreach messaging and strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation or sales development using LinkedIn.
  • Strong written communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve outreach targets.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in the education sector (student recruitment, edtech, training, or admissions).
  • Understanding of social selling and digital lead generation techniques.
