Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on outreach, making it ideal for professionals with a proven track record of using platforms to identify prospects, initiate conversations, and generate qualified leads.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying potential leads within the education sector
  • Connecting with and engaging prospects through personalized messaging
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of interested contacts and decision-makers
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling introductions for the client's admissions or business development team
  • Tracking outreach activity and providing regular progress reports
  • Collaborating with the client's team to refine outreach messaging and strategy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation or sales development using CRM software
  • Strong written communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve outreach targets
  • Familiarity with Sales Navigator or similar tools
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated individual
