Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to join our team. This role will involve designing and implementing data solutions that unify customer data from multiple systems, creating a single source of truth to drive personalization and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including data streams, data model objects, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, and activations.
  • Define and optimize data models, schema designs, and relationships within Salesforce Data Cloud to support business use cases.
  • Integrate Data Cloud with other Salesforce platforms for end-to-end personalization.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.
  • Implement large-scale data ingestion using ETL, API, and middleware integrations.
  • Apply data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership in data modeling, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Document solutions and provide training to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5-9 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, Activations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).
  • Good understanding of Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certifications (preferred): Data Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Platform Developer I/II.
