Job Opportunity:

  • A strategic Salesforce Technical Lead is required to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with external systems.
  • Develop and enforce coding standards, review vendor deliverables, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Facilitate technical workshops, sprint planning, and reviews to drive solutioning and innovation.
  • Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and native connectors.
  • Ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and performance optimization across all Salesforce clouds.

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CG Cloud.

  • Experience with multi-vendor environments and cross-functional coordination.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Deployments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

  • Maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Review vendor deliverables, enforce coding standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Facilitate joint solutioning workshops, sprint planning, and technical reviews.
  • Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native connectors.
  • Ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and performance optimization across all Salesforce clouds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security best practices and compliance requirements.
