Key Role Summary

The Senior Salesforce Developer leads the team in delivering effective business solutions using the Salesforce platform.

As a seasoned professional, they have extensive knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization, integrating it with other applications or data management platforms.

The Senior Developer collaborates closely with project teams and clients to translate complex business requirements into working Salesforce solutions.

They mentor junior resources, work with Technical Leads to assign tasks, and use expertise to resolve challenging technical issues on the Salesforce platform.

The Senior Developer has a wide range of experience across multiple Salesforce clouds and has successfully integrated the platform with various applications for diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designs, develops, tests, and supports custom Salesforce applications using Service Cloud, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, Experience Sites pages, API/Web Services, and Salesforce Metadata API as necessary to meet client business needs.
  • Performs Salesforce configuration and administrative functions when required.
  • Requires Maven knowledge.
  • Supports the creation of customizations and integrations essential for solution delivery.
  • Configures the Salesforce application based on business requirements.
  • Develops custom applications using Apex Triggers & Classes, Visualforce, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS.
  • Develops and maintains Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • Designs and develops API-driven or Web Service-driven system integration on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experiences in designing bulk data migration mechanisms on Salesforce.
  • Applies best practices and experience to build Salesforce applications.
  • Develops estimates for projects/user stories.
  • Closely works with developers, business analysts, QA analysts, and project managers.
  • Researches Salesforce capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provides gap analysis.
  • Understands and experiences using Salesforce-compatible DevOps tools.
  • Skills in Angular JS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery are advantageous.
