Multilingual Customer Service Representative

About this Role
We are seeking passionate individuals to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by handling customer queries and translating content.
As a Customer Support Associate, your primary goal will be to provide excellent support in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese languages.
You will be responsible for contacting customers through various channels, including emails, social media, and phone calls, in a professional manner.
In addition to this, you should possess strong listening skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding company products and services
- Providing support to customers via email ticketing system, social media, and phone calls
- Resolving customer complaints and queries
- Offering detailed information to customers
- Maintaining records of each phone call
- Conducting training sessions for new employees
- Focusing on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Following up with customers for further information
- Taking feedback from customers
Requirements include:
- Excellent fluency in spoken Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English
- Strong command over written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in providing support in respective languages
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
