Job Title: Customer Service Representative
At our organization, we are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers.
Your primary role will be to handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Korean, ensuring high-quality service. You will also be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and transaction-related support via voice and non-voice (email, chat, tickets) channels.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in Korean is essential, as well as prior experience in customer service, call centers, or BPO environments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively are also required.
You will work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. To do this, you will need strong typing skills and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools. Multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment are also essential requirements for this role.
If you have prior experience in e-commerce, banking, or technical support, that would be an added advantage. Additionally, certification in Korean language proficiency (TOPIK or equivalent) can be beneficial.
This role involves working in rotational shifts, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. If you are willing to adapt to changing schedules, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Korean, ensuring high-quality service
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and transaction-related support via voice and non-voice (email, chat, tickets) channels
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism
- Process customer transactions, orders, and requests efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in Korean (spoken & written)
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Good typing speed and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, banking, or technical support
- Certification in Korean language proficiency (TOPIK or equivalent)
