Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who can handle customer interactions confidently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer calls, emails, and intercom queries.
  • Follow standard procedures to resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department efficiently.
  • Maintain professional communication while utilizing company telephone and support systems effectively.
  • Support team leads by handling routine tasks during their absence after receiving proper training.
  • Clearly report operational challenges or service concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service processes and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to remain calm, attentive, and professional under pressure.
  • Computer literacy with basic IT knowledge.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
