Regional Sales and Marketing Specialist

**Job Description**We are seeking a results-driven marketing professional to join our team. This role involves significant field work and client interaction, requiring a self-motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, industry directories, and networking events.• Client Acquisition: Actively pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and in-person visits.• Field Work: Conduct frequent field visits to meet with potential and existing clients.• Business Development: Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to optimize profitability.• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.• Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle (petrol allowance provided).
