Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner

  1. The role involves sourcing candidates through various methods, including campus recruitment, job fairs, employee referrals, and lateral hiring.
  2. You will screen candidate profiles to determine their fit for the role and initiate interviews with hiring managers.
  3. Negotiating salaries with candidates is also part of your responsibilities.
  4. Your goal should be to maximize candidate acceptance after offer letters are issued.
  5. Mapping competitor data and maintaining an attrition rate below 5% are additional key performance indicators.
  6. Overseeing regional HR operations and resolving daily grievances at this level are also essential duties.
  7. Encourage employee engagement activities within your region to foster a positive work environment.
  8. Ensure that promoted employees are moved to their respective branches in a timely manner.
  9. Manage attendance effectively and conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback.
  10. Track and follow up on performance scorecard completion to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in one or more areas such as employee relations, performance management, rewards, or talent acquisition development.
  • Possess strong knowledge of HR processes and have practical experience in these areas.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building effective working relationships with teams, peers, seniors, management, and business stakeholders.
