IndiaAs an HR Business Partner at Micron Technology Inc you will be responsible for partnering with the Regional and Global HRBP s and for working with business managers across multiple units within India site to ensure HR results are met You will represent HR in business decisions and provide input into HR programs initiatives and service delivery strategies based on business needs You will also provide support in the deployment and delivery of HR initiatives and work with the Regional and Global Business HR team on the HR strategic plan creation alignment and implementation Responsibilities Partner with Regional and Global HRBPs and business leaders on people strategy and initiatives while maintaining strategic alignment with interpersonal priorities and HR Be the voice of the customer to HR and the face of HR to the customer - ensuring successful program and process development and deployment with HR Services Ops and COEs Bring the business back to HR - increase visibility to business align the HR team globally to business priorities and deliver relevant and impactful HR solutions to the business Learn improve and influence HR standard methodologies across the Business HR team Drive discussions related to workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendationsParticipate and represent HR in strategic business plan development and advise on the implications of decisions Provide Analytical insights and design programs to address People challengesDevelop and implementation of the organization s HR strategies and programs in alignment with global regional site objectives Translate local business requirements into HR goals and actions in line with the HR agenda and regulatory requirements HR Services and CoE to provide HR solutions to meet business needs Be the voice of the customer to HR and the face of HR to the customer -
