Job Title: Senior Executive

Our company is seeking a Senior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in site visits and data collection.

  • Conduct thorough site visits to identified land parcels, gathering essential data, including land records, ownership details, and environmental assessments.
  • Prepare detailed site visit reports, including photographs, maps, and initial observations, for review by senior management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing first contact with landowners, local authorities, and community leaders to gather basic information about the land and its ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and organizing documents required for land aggregation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations.
  • Basic Coordination with Legal and Compliance: Work with the legal team to ensure that all basic legal requirements are met before proceeding with land acquisition deals.
  • Reporting and Records Maintenance: Provide daily reports on all activities related to land acquisition, keep accurate and organized records, and ensure seamless document management.
