Land Acquisition and Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Acquisition and Development Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in land acquisition, aggregation, and real estate development to work on complex projects in Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Identification: Identify potential land parcels for acquisition that align with our strategic objectives, focusing on high-growth regions such as Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, and Trichy.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough feasibility studies, site visits, and analysis of zoning regulations, land use restrictions, and environmental considerations specific to Tamil Nadu to ensure compliance.
  • Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Negotiate land acquisition deals, including price, terms, and conditions, with landowners and intermediaries, structuring deals to maximize value while mitigating risks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, government authorities, local communities, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication throughout the land acquisition process.

Requirements:

  • Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and conferences on land acquisition and real estate law in Tamil Nadu, pursuing certifications in land acquisition, real estate management, or related fields.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Law, Urban Planning, or a related field, minimum 8-10 years of experience in land acquisition, aggregation, or real estate development in Tamil Nadu.
