Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our land acquisition efforts in various regions. The ideal candidate will have at least 7-12 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to land acquisition and management.

The selected individual will play a crucial role in coordinating land acquisition activities across multiple sites, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of land-related issues. Experience in the Cement Industry is preferred but not mandatory.

This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to navigate complex projects. The candidate should also possess a thorough understanding of land acquisition processes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and coordinate land acquisition activities across multiple sites
  • Assist in resolving land issues, including title disputes, encroachments, and ceiling limit exemptions
  • Prepare regular MIS reports to track acquisition progress and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with regional teams, legal experts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

  • Thorough understanding of land acquisition processes and regulations
  • Knowledge of land laws and revenue documentation

  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Excel proficiency and preparation of MIS reports
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Education Qualification:

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
