Executive Director - State Operations

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the state, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
  • Lead and guide the state team to ensure achievement of performance targets, growth objectives, and operational goals.

Operational Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across the state, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement operational processes and standards to optimize workflows, resource allocation, and operational performance.
  • Ensure operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements in the state.
  • Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost management.
Business Development and Market Expansion:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the state, including partnerships, strategic alliances, and client acquisition.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, local businesses, suppliers, and clients.
  • Lead market penetration strategies and the launch of new products or services in the state.
  • Participate in networking and industry events to enhance the organization's visibility and brand presence.
