Job Title: IT Systems Manager

We seek a skilled Information Technology Executive to oversee smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate will manage systems, networks, and user support with strong problem-solving, technical expertise, and effective communication skills.

  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues; diagnose and resolve faults.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).

  • Ensure regular data backups, patch updates, and compliance with IT security protocols.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving, effective communication, and user support skills.
  • Knowledge of data backup, patch management, and IT Security protocols.
  • Bonus points for experience with VMware and Cyber Security.
