Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will lead the Yield Management System team for a 300mm Wafer Fab, ensuring the reliability and scalability of software for high-volume data.

This leadership role requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills, as well as a continuous learning mindset.

We are seeking a self-driven, independent, and results-oriented individual who can partner with digital/IT teams for design and development of yield management software and database.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Yield Management System team to develop algorithms for data analysis to enable root cause understanding and yield optimization
  • Design and create a Data Integration framework that collects data from different sources: E-test, Defect Inspection, Inline Metrology, Sort
  • Partner with Product Engineering and Process Integration teams to get requirements to build the software to support yield management
  • Automation & Reporting: Generate Automated yield reports
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with global teams to drive business outcomes
  • Ensure system reliability and scalability for high volume data
  • Present updates to internal and customer senior executives
