Lead End-to-End Digital Transformation

This role involves overseeing the diagnosis and optimization of entire manufacturing processes, with a focus on establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), first-pass yield (FPY), throughput, and cost per unit. A priority will be placed on identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-out programs through lean methodologies, yield and scrap reduction initiatives, energy and utilities optimization, maintenance strategy development, and network/footprint adjustments.

To achieve this, we are looking for an individual who can develop industry 4.0 roadmaps incorporating manufacturing execution systems (MES)/supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA)/historian, Internet of Things (IoT)/edge, digital twins, advanced planning and scheduling (APS), and quality analytics. The successful candidate will pilot and scale these initiatives with measurable EBITDA impact.

We require someone who can build business cases and benefit-tracking models, present findings to senior leadership, and drive change on the shop floor through client capability building. This includes coordinating multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners, emphasizing data, cyber, and safety considerations.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge in manufacturing, innovation, strategy, operations, or technology domains, as well as experience managing end-to-end client engagements and programs. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management and collaboration skills, and the ability to handle confidential information in a complex, fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost-out programs through lean methodologies, yield and scrap reduction initiatives, energy and utilities optimization, maintenance strategy development, and network/footprint adjustments.
  • Pilot and scale industry 4.0 initiatives with measurable EBITDA impact.

  • Develop and manage consulting teams, contributing to proposals and thought leadership.
