Battery Management System Tester

Location: Kakkalur, Thiruvallur
We are seeking a skilled Battery Management System (BMS) Testing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and validating BMS hardware and software.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough functional and validation testing of BMS hardware and software.
- Conduct CAN protocol testing, including message monitoring, debugging, and analysis using tools like CANalyzer or PCAN.
- Develop detailed test cases, document test results, and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with design and R&D teams to optimize system performance.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of BMS issues.
Required Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Embedded Systems or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, EV systems, and BMS architecture.
- Understanding of CAN bus protocol and diagnostic tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
