About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to develop periodic forecasts and annual plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • They will provide stakeholders with in-depth analysis and insights into revenue and cost aspects, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ongoing review of actuals against plans monthly, including account analysis, will be conducted to ensure financial performance meets expectations.
  • This role requires utilizing finance knowledge to create and analyze reports that impact financial performance, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will also develop and deliver key internal and external presentations, effectively communicating financial information to various audiences.
  • Data analysis from excel and larger databases will be used to provide timely insights, enabling informed business decisions.
  • Process improvements and policy development initiatives that impact the function will be driven by this role, promoting operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-5 years or 5-12 years of experience in the IT industry is preferred.
  • A CA or MBA degree is a plus, demonstrating advanced finance knowledge.
  • Experience working with corporate finance at FP&A function or business finance is required, showcasing expertise in financial planning and analysis.
  • Sharp analytical skills are essential, enabling the candidate to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, are necessary for creating high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills are necessary, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • The ability to work across multiple teams and manage timelines while collaborating with diverse groups is critical.
  • Capacity to work in complex and ambiguous environments and influence top management with data-driven insights is a must.
