Financial Planning Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to join our finance team.

  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including revenue and margin forecasting, cost management, and KPI tracking.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights for informed decision-making.
  • Develop and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
  • Identify financial trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certified Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Finance Management (BFM) or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation.
