Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to work closely with senior management in shaping the organization's financial strategy. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling large volumes of data, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making through accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze in-depth MIS reports in various formats to drive business growth.
  • Drive comprehensive financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently to optimize cash flow.
  • Handle all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, and liaising with regulatory bodies.
  • Independently manage the preparation of Balance Sheets in compliance with IFRS/IGAAP standards.
  • Bring prior experience in audit coordination, preferably with Big 4 firms, to ensure seamless integration.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of direct, indirect, and deferred taxation to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Maintain flexibility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines to deliver results-driven outcomes.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written, to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Possess hands-on experience with ERP systems to leverage technology.

Requirements

  • M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / IPCC / PCC for sound financial knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) for efficient document management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail to drive informed decision-making.
