Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing data analytics on operational metrics, building and maintaining analytical models on key operating measures, and working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long-term financial and strategic plan.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information innovatively.

Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Prepare and manage data analytics on operational metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Model Building: Build and maintain analytical models on key operating measures to optimize business performance.
  • Financial Planning: Work closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long-term financial and strategic plan.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with budgeting and forecasting to ensure accurate financial projections.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills), ability to multi-task and be a self-starter.
