**Oracle HCM Core HR Consultant Position**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Core HR. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR, with a strong focus on the modern Redwood user experience and a proven track record of managing system upgrades.

This role is critical for guiding our organization through optimizing existing configurations, ensuring a seamless user experience, and driving business success.

The successful candidate will have hands-on configuration experience and be able to configure and personalize Redwood pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Express Mode and Business Rules to align with business requirements.

In addition, they will implement and manage HCM security components, including roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs). They will also configure and troubleshoot approval workflows, Journeys and notifications.

As a key member of our team, the selected candidate will stay up-to-date with Oracle's quarterly updates, monitoring new Redwood features and mandatory migration timelines (e.g., 25C).

They will assess the impact of new features and changes on existing configurations and customizations, conducting thorough testing (SIT/UAT) in non-production environments to ensure a smooth transition with each upgrade.

  • Functional Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Core HR, including Enterprise Structures, Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and other foundational HR setups.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and personalize Redwood pages using VBS Express Mode and Business Rules to align with business requirements.
  • Security Management: Implement and manage HCM security components, including roles, security profiles, and AORs.
  • Approval Workflows: Configure and troubleshoot approval workflows, Journeys and notifications.
