Workday Integration Specialist

About the Role:

As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing seamless integrations between various systems using Workday technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integration workflows to automate business processes
  • Develop and maintain EIBs (Event Inbound Services) to integrate with external systems
  • Implement security and access controls to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize integration requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Hands-on experience with Workday integration development and configuration
  • Strong understanding of Workday core concepts, including business objects and relationships
  • Experience with XSLT transformations and ISU/ISSG implementation
  • Good coding, testing, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in Workday integration development and configuration
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Extend and other related tools
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively
  • High reasoning aptitude and ability to understand complex operating environments
