Workday Payroll Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading organization in the payroll space, leveraging your expertise in Workday Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Withholding orders, Taxes, Validations and Arrears for optimal performance.
  • Perform HRIS operational duties for Workday HCM and Payroll.
  • Drive design sessions for various HCM/Payroll areas and configure business processes.
  • Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts on client configurations.

Requirements:

  • Active Workday Core HCM, Payroll certification.
  • At least 4 years of relevant Workday HCM experience and ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Hands-on experience creating and troubleshooting EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).
  • Ability to maintain regulatory compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective engagement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in payroll processing framework, Banking and settlement.
  • Functional experience in Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Benefits.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in payroll input and Audit, Off-cycle and on-cycle payments.
