Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time.

• Project Management in automotive projects.
• Planning, stakeholder management

Technical Requirements:

• Good understanding and configurability of different AUTOSAR BSW Stacks Communication, Diagnostics, Security, Scheduler, etc.
• Knowledge of overall System and SW Design of Series SW Products and Services, in embedded field
• Overview of microprocessor architectures and embedded operating systems (e.g. OSEK, RTOS) and bus systems (e.g. CAN, LIN, SPI, Ethernet)

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of ASPICE processes MAN.3, MAN.5, SUP.1, SUP.8, SUP.9, SUP.10
• Knowledge of System Level (ASPICE SYS.1 to 5) and SW Level (ASPICE SWE.1 to 6)
